Just a note, if I didn't mention before, I haven't had any compressor issues... I haven't noticed it running non-stop for example so I seriously doubt the fan is the culprit.
Just to confirm, ADT is automatic defrost timer, yes?
Okay, thanks everyone for brainstorming with me. The process of elimination is in full effect now! I'll update everyone tomorrow after the forced defrost to confirm the heater is a-ok.
If you can fix this, I am sure you can get a job doing repairs. You are correct about the ADT. Good luck
