OK...so we wander over to the laundry room and find the 6 month old Whirlpool Duet front loading washer with the 'control locked' light on and all controls are...yes locked.
I tried the following to know avail; end cycle button depressed, powered off for 15+ minutes, control funcitons...nothing seems to work at this time...reccomendations please.
