I think any of the Master Appliantologists here would have done the same thing, it's just basic troubleshooting. I tried to describe for grasshoppers the general troubleshooting process applicable to any repair situation because most folks are clueless about how to logically and methodically frame a problem, break it down, and solve it. Thanks for reading it.
