I think whirlpool is the best also here, now my w\d are Ropers which are a whirlpool brand. Now i have 5 kids and one on the way now, the set is 12 years old and never have i fixed anything on them, not even the coupler. And let me tell you my wife umm, well lets just say she likes to get the most out of here wash. They are pretty inexpensive. The washer is $250 and the Dryer is $200 at lowes...you can get the set on sale for 4th of july for $399.99 with a lowes card and not pay intrest or payments for 12 months...(wow that sounded like a comercial...) LOL.
