Hey, don't look at me. I've only been doing this for 17 years. Not only can I not reach in your refrig and check the motor for you, your description indicates it could be anyone of a dozen different problems. Where to start? You might want to verify that the motor is or is not turning or that it does or does not have voltage to it. Then I or Pegi might be able to help you more.
