Shoot dem rollers with just a touch of lubricant (PB Blaster is my choice) and spin em...they look ok from the pics.but they should turn pretty freely and not stick at all.I'm sitting here acking my brain trying to think of what we've missed......

1) new blower wheel (was it OEM or aftermarket) I've seen the aftermarket spin the flat side out and round the hole pretty quickly.did you put both clips back on the shaft after replacing the wheel squeeze clip around it and c clip to hold it on the end.......If I remember right there is a flat washer that is supposed to be behind the wheel to keep it from going back and rubbing the housing was it there, possibly the wheel could be pushed to far back.was the blower you put on a part # 303836....the otherone is bigger and I don't think it would go in the hole but....I'm stretching here

2) new glides nuff said it was doing it before and that didn't help

3)rollers look ok but as said before lubricate just for the sake of.....also check the groove on the tub and make sure nothing is in there that the rollers could be riding over and thumping on......

4) turn the idler by hand and make sure it's not loose on the shaft

5)turn the blower by hand and check

run it with the front off and listen real close and see if you can pinpoint whereit's coming from......good luck...let us know
