Take a real good look at the rollers.   The glides look like they have been in use for 20 years (worn) but worn glides give a distinctive scraping sound that gets worse when clothes are in the unit.  Hearty loud banging or rumbling sounds are usually bad blower wheels (which you already replaced) or rollers that have been ignored and allowed to wear out the bearing and if let go long enough, wear out the shaft they ride on.  Both the rollers and the idler pulley are round rollers that ride on shafts.  There should be no or at least very little play between the shaft and the bearing (center of the device, whether it is the roller or the pulley).  Post a shot of the rollers, again, the shaft that they ride on should fit tightly to the center bearing of the roller, it should not be sloppy or loose.
