You need to pull the motor assembly out and check it for continuity through the windings and make sure you have 120 volts too it (or whatever voltage its supposed to have to it, most are 120 volt motors). It might be a loose connection, could be a bad switch in the door, a bad board, or a bad connection at the hinge connector.
