This box was purchased in 2001 and will be 6 years old this summer. It has had it's share of problems but the initial warranty was dirt cheap for the initial 5 years...like 60 bucks??? It paid for itself several times over. New extended from GE was a laughfer,....like 300 bucks a year. Now I see why. I have a ton of wrench turning with cars and the fridge was confusing and still is so maybe it's not a laugher. Really appreciate the help.
I did look up the board and GE has changed the board quite a bit. Wonder if it is worth doing some research?
