Now I know why they are in so much trouble and this explains why I quit doing their warranty work after 14 years. Please tell all of us how your "sticky"( I like that name) applies to, Oh lets take a CT or CMT(E codes only) or maybe an older ESC. Drink some more of that green tea but try the decaffinated kind.
this can be printed and kept in the service truck for reference material , if you notice they cover all ovens e.g. if it starts with CM-CMT . the code for one is the same FOR THE OTHERS the #`s refer to size and features the -/01 - 06 refers to upgrades or changes made to the same production model
