 Hi gang. We have a Maytag Performa top loader washing machine who's "tub" has been getting looser and looser. I believe it is supposed to be pretty firm, but ours just rocks side to side with the push of a finger. When doing a load now, it shakes the machine violently during the spin cycle {BANG BANG BANG BANG].

Is there a bolt underneath the machine that is loose or something? We've only had the machine for 2 years now, seems this shouldn't be happening on such a recently purchased machine. Maytag wanted $120 just to make an appointment to send a guy out, so hopefully it's a pretty easy fix.
