Start back at the water inlet valve in back. Identify the coil that serves the dispenser (follow the plastic tubing) and get your volt meter on it. Actuate the dispenser and see if you're getting 120vac at that valve coil. If so, and no water, then the valve is bad, replace it. http://www.repairclinic.com/referral.asp?R=154&P=69 If you're not getting voltage there, then there's a problem with the dispenser actuator or switch. Post your findings and we'll go from there.
