Here's the final. Last Wednesday, a local dealer installed a brand new oven and KitchenAid made us a very favorable deal on the whole thing. I'm back in business and although I'm not happy my oven suffered a major failure, KitchenAid provided excellent customer service and I am pleased with the outcome.
