Scuba - many thanks from Down Under for your post. I found I did not have to drill any holes when replacing the drum rollers. I simply tilted the machine back upright, opened the door, and undid the four Torx screws that hold the white plastic trim around the dryer front opening. The front plastic trim and the plastic assembly where the drum rollers are mounted are one and the same. This permits you to move the plastic trim inward. Just enough to squeeze your hand in behind it to hold the load roller Nyloc nut. I have attached photos of the plastic trim dislodged with a view of the Nyloc nut.
