This sure looks to be a manufacture defect.should also require the replacement of the outer tub due to pressed tub bearing would have been also stressed due to fources applied form the spin basket being out of round.may not show up at first but 6months down the road forsure.total cost est $800 prts and labor[bout 2hrs +/-]...3yrs old and shouldn't hav happened in the 1st place...susgest replace entire unit...besides wouldnt it be good customer relations to ensure future sales or dont they care bout lost sales???
