Check the drain pump. the control board needs a circut through this to power up the W/M on the older type f+p washers , ie: no circut, no go. I dont know the correct resistance ( possibly 1 of my esteemed and very able U.S appliantologist aquaintences could enlighten us both ) but you check it at the board there should be a 5 wire plug on the Lh side of the controller, r.y.bl are the motor wires and the other 2 br + w? are the pump wires.
