Access the motor under the dishwasher and find the fan blade between the motor and pump. Turn this to see if you can free it up.
attached is what i see behind the kick plate. i am not sure what you mean by "the fan blade between the motor and pump"
are you refering to the blades behind the housing where the arrow is pointing?
