Tub change not difficult. Take your time and be patient. I've found that if you take off the balancing weights (top & bottom), tub to pump hose, outer tub cover (tub front) and drop it from the springs, you can easily muscle it outside to swap the parts from old to new. Remember to take loose the pressure switch hose at the pressure switch inside the console and any wiring first. You may find that the spinner support is gouged as well if the bearings are 'slap tore up'. I personally replace it every time I change an outer tub due to bearing failure.
