 Ensure the pump suction hose is clear thusly:
  • Add a litte water to the drum, a quart will do nicely, thank you.
  • remove the suction hose (the accordion one) from the pump. 
  • If water doesn't come gushing out, remove the panties stuck inside the suction hose. 
Once this is completed and the pump still won't move water, replace the pump.
