  ""I purchased it new Nov 03 from Sears.""'  I was assuming this should be under full warranty.  Was guessing this was Nov. 03, 2005, but I now see this is perhaps 2003???   So I might have mis-undrstood the purchase date...yes, might cost more than the price of the unit...what with the service call and labor...is sad this was not checked when in warranty..
