I read this post but there must be someway to replace the boot will it is still on the front panel

Hello, my bumming friend. Fear not, for our esteemed, and sometimes reamed, leader, Samurai Appliance Repair Man, has posted a detailed procedure for replacing the boot in this thread. I read this post but there must be someway to replace the boot will it is still on the front panel
