Frustrated and might be out of luck...I have the duet washer & dryer that we purchased 2 years ago from a friend who took it during a divorce. She needed the money, we bought it, come to find out, all serial numbers have been removed from the machines. I am also having the HF error to the point that you can no longer complete a load. Sears will not work on it due to serial# and aparently model#, missing. Can I use the repair book you refer to without knowing the model #?
