The personel dealt with at LG are located right here in the USA in Huntsville, AL. They all speak english and are the nicest people to deal with....they shimmed up your door switch per the bulletin detailing what your problem was back in January....
Yeah, the lady I spoke with mentioned that she was in Hunstsville. My little sister and her husband live there too, so I thought that was neat.
Thanks for the original advice on the technical bulletin. You were right on the money!
