I finally got around to calling LG about my squeaky door last week (4/28/06).  The CSR was helpful, courteous, and AMERICAN!!  How ironic is that in this day and age of CSRs in Deep India? She was familiar with the problem and set up a service call with our local LG appliance service contractor (Saucedo Appliance) on Friday 3/31/06.  The technician showed up on time, spent all of 5 minute doing whatever he needed to do, tested it, and left.  He was also very knowledgeble and courteous.  It hasn't squeaked since!!!

I'm very, very satisfied.
