Remove the top cap on this agitator, may be held with a small screw...take a small screw driver or sharp knife and remove the center of the top of the agitator, then just tap the coupler out with screw driver and hammer, this is all after you have pulled the agitator off of the transmission shaft.  Install the new coupler onto the tranny shaft then install the agitator onto the new coupler.  Reinstall the cap, this will keep the water out...the link to the coupler is above in this thread.
