 I just want to thank you very much for you information about your GE Monogram dishwasher.  I had the exact same problem. I thought that it was the electronic key pad.  I check out the price for a new key pad and was shocked to see that the part was over $300.00 plus the cost for the service tech.  I thought for that price I guess I will just buy a new dishwasher instead although I really didn't want to spend the money for a new one.

I am so glad that I  found  the  information you posted on this form.
