 Thank you so much, Trying to help.

I followed your recommendation to grease the brakes, and it now seems to be running squeak-free!

This is an excellent forum, and I feel bad that I have taken without giving. With that said, I hope that it is quite some time before I have to check back for my next repair... (knock on wood)
