I believe what you are hearing are dry brake pads. If you rotate your trans pulley up and look at the gap it creates, you will notice you have three brake pads. They should have a film of clear silicone grease on them. You can rotate the pulley up and get a Q-Tip in there with grease on it to lubricate them. what you hear is the squeaking each time your transmission index's at the end of the agitator stroke.
