We are going to want to pull the front off. It is held on by two clips at the bottom corners. Push down on the clips with a screw driver while pulling on the side of the front panel. After the front is removed, raise the top by removing the two 3/8" screws that go from the bottom up connecting the cabinet to the main top under the front lip of the top front corners. The tub cover is held on by snaps, remove it and look in-between the tubs for any obstructions. We want it to be something stuck, we do not want it to be a bearing going out. Post the results and we can go from there.
