The compressor start relay is fried. Unplug your fridge right now because each time you hear it go hummmmm...CLICK, you're burning insulation off the compressor motor start winding which will eventually result in compressor failure. Changing the relay is a cake-walk and inexpensive; changing a compressor is a beeotch and may be prohibitively expensive.
