 No pictures but Ron is right on:  bad thermistor.  Replaced a bunch of 'em.  Two swigs (not mugs!)on the SUDs-o-meter. 

Just remove that front bottom quarter panel and the thermistor is behind that flange on the right hand side of the innards.  You'll see two roundish things there each with two wires sticking out of 'em.  The thermistor is the closest one to you.
