This being a Friggadair/Westinghouse style, the motor can be replaced from the back if they have that nice little square opening to access the belt and idler pulley.

Just remove the wiring to motor and two bolts on back of motor cradle and complete motor and blower come out as all one piece than blower can be removed from motor and motor removed from motor cradle.
