On re-ignition units one way to check if you are miss wired is to turn on all 4 burners. It the sparking stops, you are miss wired someplace. The fact that you turn on both front burners and the sparking stops indicates you are miss wired on those two burners. It can be either at the module or the electrodes, it does not matter. Try switching those two wires on the module and you should be fine. On these units the specific igniter must see the ionization from the exact burner. If your miss wired, the electrode will not see it. Once you turn on the 2 burners that are miss wired, they both see the ionization and the sparking will stop. Hope this helps
