All of a sudden, our icemaker stopped producing those oh so needed cubes for our favorite drinks.

We have a GE Profile TFX24PRXAWW.

I checked the on/off arm, it's down and in the normal location.  Have had no ice for days.

Water on door works.  I've seen water flow into the icemaker.

I unplugged the fridge, waited about :20 seconds and plugged it back in.

I've loosened the three screws holding the unit in and have looked inside to see

that some 1/2 baked cubes were in there.  Actually saw it 1/2 eject them after that and

I helped them get free.   Next thing I know, water is filling into the maker and down to the floor cascading down the shelves.

So, best i can tell, I've got electric, I've got water but I've got no cubes.   The freezer seems normally cold so, does that mean the icemaker is just toast?

Scott.
