I find I am getting -5V when measuring the non-motor pins against the 5 VDC common pin. I am not certain if I am measuring a 'false' TTL low signal (why negative tho?) or of there is something with this?

Looks like time for a new board and/or sequencer. Do I need to use a referral link or will straight to repairclinic.com work?
