first step is to check the float, you should hear a click when you raise/lower it some GE machines will run the drain pump non-stop once the float reaches its flood position
next turn off breaker to machine to cycle power and retry the unit
after that we are waiting for one of my bretheren to post tech info
i'm the frigidaire guy here, i have no access to GE info
