 ok... msdonna let us know what color the wire was that came off the timer and we can make sure you have put it back in the correct place

my most enlightened counterpart has brought up something that needs to be looked at

normally frigidaire dryers do not have a belt safety switch, but yours made for GE has one, somewhere near the motor pulley for the belt and the idler for the belt is a switch, its a safety switch that disables the unit incase of belt breakage, its my guess this was somehow distrubed during your previous repair, or the belt was not reinstalled properly and is now broken
