Thanks- I did what you recommended and it seemed to work for a bit. The motor started turning and spit out one round of ice and then stopped. I turned it counter clockwise once more, and I heard the water filling up in the ice maker. I then left the house for a bit. When I came back, there was no additional ice made...? So I attempted to turn it again- and this time- it will not budge. Thoughts? Thanks.
