the bad boards with noise issues will pass all diagnostic tests, at least sometimes i have found the only real test when suspecting one of these boards is to change it(repair clinic will allow you to return part if not needed) however, you say you just changed the bearings, so another suspect could be the timer, its possible to damage the timer when tilting the machine up/down remove lid and inspect the bottom of the timer where the molex plug connects, make sure the plug is seated and the timer casing is not bent
