I always get the Kitchen Aid/ Whirlpool double wall ovens that shut down during self clean.  Not only does the thermal cutoff in the back of the oven open up, but also the control thermal fuse  as well.

I did one last week, and the control panel could not be opened up without pulling the oven out of the wall.

I was REALLY angry with Whirlpool for not listing or showing the control board thermal fuse in the Illustrated Parts Look up, so of course  I had to leave my customer's house with the oven pulled out of the wall to go to the parts supplier to pick up the thermal fuse for the control board and then return so I could finish the repair.
