Are these legit complaints. I want to make sure I get something that will last me 15-20 years like my old Kenmore did. That thing was a great machine.
This can be a problem on "soft" wood flooring---such as a trailer home.
Maytag-labeled Whirlpool direct-drive washers are heavier. During the spin cycle--the washer usually has some degree of shake on less-than-solid floors.
It is something to consider before purchasing...
