 under 600? ehhh.. the most reliable that i can think of IS the whirlpool direct drive... a GE top loader isn't too bad... the mode shifter can be a bit of a head scratcher at why it fails so fast some times.

other than that? my biggest urge is spend more than 600... more like.. 800-1000... retail prices of course... that does not include discounts and savings or sales yet.
