the reason im concerned with the defrost time is if its too short or not often enough, it wont have enough dwell time for the water to drip off. if the cooling cycle starts too soon, the evap fan will blow humid air into the compartment. the air will freeze up at the first frozen spot it hits (the spot where this fridge is building up frost)
