 Frigidaire SxS - New ADC wont start unit  FRS26RC3JS1

Evaporator coils iced up.  Manually defrosted them.  The old ADC runs the unit (fans/compressor) and I can manually put it into defrost mode, but heater will not come on.  I installed a new ADC but this will not start the unit.  Ive replaced the limit and tested the heating element which is good.  Any advice greatly appreciated.
