The evaporator coil can't be seen. The condensor coil at the bottom is just warm to touch. Fan is running. The bottom plastic shelf is only cold on 1 side so i'd say the pattern is 1/4 coils are cold. I believe the compressor is running and warm to touch, not hot as i mentioned. It has run now for 4 hours. No change.
