Thanks everyone. The pulley is the problem i think. I took the circle pin thing off and remove the wheel.

It looks like it was digging into the axle which caused the fine black dust. And also, made the pulley very lose.

Looks like the pulley is 2 3/16" in diameter.

I want to replace the wheel and the axle, or the entire assembly. I don't know what is easiest/best. But I still can't find a model number. Does anyone have an idea of what parts i need from these photos? Sorry for the inconvenience of the missing number, I would have the number if this unit was always owned by me.
