I cannot get your video link to work, but the idler puller should have alot of play, nor produce the black dust. Not having your model # you need to inspect your pulley to ensure this one is correct. This pulley is from a Maytag Performa Dryer. The Grid squares represent 1 inch. Click on the link and you can see the back view. Idler Pulley Link
