The wiring is brand new, and looks perfect at the bottom of the door. To clarify, the burning smell came before the recall kit. We assumed that was the problem. Now there is a very slight burn smell at the door vent, but nothing like before. No burning smell at all from the bottom of the unit. I have a timer information sheet from the unit. I'm not entirely sure on the voltage test though. Is there a better service reference that I need? I did run the dishwasher tonight through a full cycle. It's stopping during the wash cycle. It ran on through the timer. Once complete I could put the timer in *any* position and it would not run. After sitting for 45 minutes or so, I started it at the light wash and it drained first (from the previous wash) and then cycled through the first steps of the wash cycle. It then stopped mid-wash and that was it again. The timer motor is running, but nothing happens, no matter where you put the timer. thanks for the help!
