Washer was running fine all day until heard a not familiar although not loud sound when I went to look the tumbler was moving slowly and then stopped as if straining. I also noticed a smell so I quickly turned it off. I removed the items inside and noticed not the outside but the inside that spins was sort of loose as if came off whatever held it. You can see at top the edge where rubber used to cover which shows that it is not as it used to be placed (centered) now instead it appears to be hanging and sort of resting on the floor of the outer drum or tumbler don’t know what its called. I haven’t called Sears yet for they are closed but was curious to know how much does that cost to repair and curious to know what may have caused it to happen.
