 Good news. I hope. I installed the Start Relay/Overload/kit 4387535. Freezer/ compressor is running. Freezer is down to 17 degrees in the first half hour. I could not figure out how to install the 4387535 because it does not resemble the original part in any way (I hope because it's improved). I found a similar fridge at work that has the 4387535 installed. Anyways now I hope it goes to zero, maintains temp and restarts when it should. Oh I am a slow typer, now down to 14 degrees.
